In these terms and conditions for customers ("Terms of Service"), the words "you", "your", "User", and "Producers" refer to any person who accesses or uses any Service (as defined below), intended to sell food products and meat on behalf of the business (as defined below) to customers.

Please review these Terms of Service before using or accessing any products or services offered by Cuxie (each, a "Service", collectively "Services"). These services include  Cuxie websites, its subdomains, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Site"), but are not limited to these.

By accessing or using any Service, including the Site, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, regardless of whether you register as a member with Cuxie.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, EITHER IN WHOLE OR IN PART, OR TO ANY MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY EXIT THE SITE AND DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY CONDITIONS AND TERMS THAT YOU MAY OFFER OR REFERENCE ARE NOT EFFECTIVE, BECAUSE THESE TERMS ARE NECESSARY FOR USING THE SERVICE.

Cuxie may periodically make changes to these Terms of Service. If Cuxie does so, Cuxie will post the revised Terms of Service on this page and indicate the date of the last revision at the top of this page. You understand and agree that continued use of any Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Services

Cuxie is a marketplace that enables businesses such as restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, and stores ("Customers") to purchase various food products and meat from food producers ("Producers"). While Cuxie facilitates transactions conducted on the Site, Cuxie is neither the buyer nor the seller of the products. The actual contract is directly between Customers and Producers, and Cuxie is not a party to the transaction and is neither a Customer nor an agent of the Producer. Cuxie has no liability for any claims arising from or related to the transaction.

Cuxie reserves the right to modify or suspend any or all of the Services, temporarily or permanently, at any time and from time to time. Cuxie will notify you of significant changes before they take effect and will give you the opportunity to evaluate the impacts of the proposed changes and take appropriate action. Notification will be provided via the Site, Service, or email.

Cuxie will not be liable to you or any third party for any change, price increase, suspension or termination of any Service.

Cuxie may retain records of all transactions, purchases, and payments made through the Services for up to five (5) years from the date they occur.

Producer Compliance

Producers are limited to legal entities engaged in food production or meat production and wishing to sell their products to Customers. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity, its affiliates, and all users accessing the Service through your account to these Terms of Service, in which case the terms "you" or "your" will also refer to such persons (the entity, its affiliates, and its associated users). If you do not have such authority or do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not accept them and may not use the Service. You further agree that you assume all responsibility in relation to your use of the Site or Service on behalf of such company or other legal entity, and you alone are responsible for any disputes arising from your usage, if applicable. From time to time, Cuxie may admit non-food Producers if it deems appropriate for Cuxie's customer base.

Cuxie does not allow the sale of alcohol, tobacco, or tobacco products through the Services.

Cuxie may approve or deny Producers in accordance with its internal policies. In determining which Producers will be listed on the Site, Cuxie prioritizes diversity, quality, and innovation. Cuxie focuses on small-scale and sustainable producers to create positive changes and ensure sustainability. 

Cuxie may also suspend or permanently remove a Producer's display on the Site in certain instances

If such Producer violates any of these Terms of Service, provides low-quality products, is not committed to Cuxie's core values, or exhibits dishonest behavior, is abusive, or fails to respond to Customers.
